When you click "Select all" on a large group of records, you cannot see the last row to know if you want to de-select it.

Client frequently has large list of grants and needs to perform actions on some - but the very last row at the bottom is blocked by the "batch action" menu at the bottom.

Allow the scroll bar to show the last record.
