Drag and drop emails AND its attachments

I have recently discovered the'drag and drop' feature when it comes to adding documents to records.


This also works for emails - However, if the email contains an attachment with it - currently you have to drag and drop the attachment seperately.


In classic we currently use the send to gifts online plug in on outlook - so when we send and email via that method - any email that includes an attachment also gets added as a seperate movement (and annoyingly any logos on signatures which isnt so great!)


Could we get sky to recognise attached documents within emails and automatically add those in when we drag and drop the email? (not logos though!)

    I think this functionality is now fixed so this idea can be closed....

    another thought on this.... numerous attachments from an email that needs to be attached to the request record.... its quite painful having to do all of these seperately currently. Where the Gifts outlook plug just adds them all in as seperate activity movements from 1 action on our part.


    Are we likely to get a replacement outlook add in that can send to Blackbaud Grantmaking (the current Blackbaud add in isnt set up for Grantmaking)
