Retain emails sent in Sky
In Sky, when sending emails directly to a contact within a request via Outlook, is it possible to retain those emails in Documents or Activities so we have a record of what was sent?

Hi there!
Currently, you could drag your email from the sent box in outlook over to the add a new document.
We are also currently working on better functionality to upload files directly on the record. Here you will be able to drag a file(s) and have them each created as document records. If it is an email, the system will also copy the body of the email into the long notes field of the document record. - Again, this is currently being worked on - but would that meet the needs of what you are requesting?
