Add Project Description to Full Search filters

It would be useful if frequently used Request fields currently only offered in Advance Searches could become filters for regular searches, such as the field Project Description. This should be an action that a User could perform.

    Hi - I am curious, if you have a moment. What types of searches do you usually perform that query on the project description? Is it an ad-hoc search for a particular record? (And would it be even better if searching in "Quick find" turned it up right away, if so?)

    Or is it more that you tend to have groups of requests that all contain the same wording in their descriptions? (Is it at all easier to query on something like a coding field, in that case?)
