Most of our grants are renewed due to our long-term, strategic approach in funding. Our Reviewers need to see completed requirements like the Final Report from the previous grant cycle but there is no way I'm aware of that attached one request to another. Instead, my team has to download ALL the final reports from the prior fiscal year then upload them all into the corresponding agencies following application for the Reviewers to see. It's odd that the requirements are only intended for internal review and an agency, not for Reviewers to see completed requirements.
