Long text field pop-up window should resize and move
When you click on the expand button to open a long text field in a pop-up window, the window that opens is small and static. Please can this be amended so users can resize and move it like we could in Classic.

We've updated this modal (and a few others that are similar) to take up the full size of the screen. However, I recognize that the idea asks for resizing and moving the modal. We don't plan to build that in SKY view, at this time, because in our designs we have found it would rarely be useful:
Would often cover the majority of the screen, even if the modal could be resized to be its smallest practical size
Would not be useful on mobile, tablets, or small screens, where the modal should take up the full screen size
Would be impractical for some more complex modals with many fields, and therefore inconsistent
If there are particular modals where operating the modal is made difficult without being able to see the screen that is behind it, please let us know in separate ideas. We will absolutely reconsider where there is a strong need, though we will likely also consider alternate solutions as well.

Can this be done for all pop up windows?
I've noticed that the text boxes are now much larger on screen - thanks for making that change. Please could the pop-up box be resizeable and movable too? It would really help if we have full control over how these long text fields appear on screen.
This is critical for our review process. Some of the reviews involve reading very large blocks of text, and it's challenging to have a small pop-up window.
