Warn user when they choose Security from the Control Panel menu that their current workspace state AND unsaved work will be lost

Scenario:

The user has multiple tabs open in the workspace - search results, records open etc.

The user needs to adjust a User role, so they choose Security from the Control Panel. Upon clicking the Workspace menu, the user discovers that the workspace is empty, and if they had any unsaved work, that is all lost.


Either preserve the user workspace, or warn the user, and allow them to save thier data.
