It would speed up user workflow and reduce data errors if both requirement due dates and payment schedule dates were linked to the Project Start Date. When we approve a round of requests, the payments and requirements are created based on a set number of days from the Project Start Date. However, when a project is delayed, users have to change the PSD AND all schedule and due dates on payments and requirements manually.
If the system asked "You've changed the project start date - do you want me to change the payment schedule to begin on this date too?" it would be a massive time-saver and improve accuracy.
This would significantly cut down on data errors and make work quicker
