Restore the ability to send Received Application emails.

This is another "please don't lose functionality that exists in Classic" appeal! In Classic, while considering applications, I could check "Generate Email Correspondence" and send a "received Application" email. In SKY, the box to check is still there but the next step of actually being able to view & send emails does not appear! We have had to manually send "received app" emails for each individual application received. This is a critical feature. It looks like it's meant to be there - the check box still exists - but nothing happens after the apps are considered.
