Add the Alert icon to the Organization line in the Request and Payment record headers.

Adding the Alert icon to the Organization line in the Request and Payment record headers will allow us to be "alerted" that an Alert exists for the Organization without the need to "Find Related" records.

    Organization and Request alerts should flow through and be visible in related records, like in Classic. They're very useful.

    My workaround for now was to add the field from Requests using Blueprint, but there is no way to highlight it with colour to stand out to users viewing the records.
