We often need to upload the same document to multiple requests and in Classic View we could do this by adding multiple request references via the Outlook add-in tool.
In SKY view, we have to add the document to each request in turn.
Please can the functionality be expanded so that we can add the same document to multiple, selected, requests?
I'd like to add the same comments here, we need to be able to attach our approval sign off to all requests involved in that sign off. Currently we are storing these outside of the system which isnt helpful, but its too much of a faff with resources to go into each request separately and upload them. It isnt always an email sometimes its a physical signed off template that needs adding back in.
Approval emails from our board that include approvals for multiple grants. I convert the emails to a pdf file then upload the pdf file to all of the approved Request records.

Of course, no problem. Some use cases for this functionality:
A mailout email that has been sent out to multiple grantees outside of SKY - we would want a copy of the sent email to be added to each grant (referring more to external emails or emails from other departments - we are aware we can send from SKY but with the limited plain-text formatting it's not always the best solution).
An organisation may be coming to the end of one grant and have a new one just approved. We'd send them one mail about both grants and want to add it to both requests in one transaction afterwards.
As Admin, I approve requests based on approval from designated Directors. I would want to upload that email approval to all the requests in the batch/grant round for audit reasons.
We use reports and may need to upload a copy of a report to each grant in a batch/grant round for audit purposes.
An organisation has multiple active grants and changes their primary contact details for all of them, but emails us once. We'd want to add a copy of that email to each active grant on which we've updated the contact details.
I think the most useful way this functionality would work without an Outlook add-in is if we can select multiple requests from the workspace, and click 'Upload Files' from there. Then an activity would be created for each selected request.

Thank you for this suggestion! Is there an easy example you could provide of a type of document that you frequently need to upload to multiple requests? Is the document typically related to a single organization, but applies to all of their requests? This detail might help us solve this better in the future.
This would be so useful
