In Classic View, using the Outlook add-in, the 'due date' of the resulting Activity would be populated with the date the email was received and the 'done date' would be the day the activity was created.
In SKY View, both of these dates are the date the activity is being created.
It was very useful to be able to search on 'Due Date' knowing that is when the email was received so please could the coding be changed so that it works like it did in Classic View?

Thanks all. It's clear that the date the email was sent is the more useful date. Question for you all - is it at all useful that the "Done date" captures the day the email was uploaded to SKY view? (Or would it be better for you if that also matched the day the email was sent?) Thank you!
Agree. I like to see the actual timeline of a grant, not according to SKY!
This is really useful when looking back at the timeline of a grant, I would love to have it back
