When moving through a list, have the highlighted row move with the cursor

When manually scrolling through a list of search results using the arrow keys, which I do regularly, it is frustrating that the "cursor" square is not the same as the highlighted row, which visually makes it hard to tell where you are when scrolling - the highlighted row only jumps down when the page jumps down, it should scroll down or up as you use the arrow keys.

Updated to add that the highlighted row is actually tied to the mouse cursor, and can be "removed" by moving the cursor off screen, but it would be nice to have the keyboard cursor have a highlighted row as well. Also, when you use the arrow keys to scroll through records, when you get to the bottom of the page, it lands on a row that is hidden behind the bottom tool bar, so you only see that row when the next screen of records pops up, and your cursor is below it - again, it is visually confusing.
