Enter activities from Outlook into SKY view
I was told the Outlook Plugin that existed for Classic is being discounted and not built into SkyView. There should be an Outlook plugin for SkyView too where you can automatically enter activities through outlook.

We recently updated Grantmaking so that it's now possible to click the "Upload files" button on a request record (and other records), then drag-and-drop documents onto the page in order to add them to that record. This even works for emails from Outlook (or their attachments) - and when you drag and drop an email from Outlook, Blackbaud Grantmaking will grab the subject and body and add them to fields on the document record (just like the old Link to Outlook plugin used to do).
We believe this is going to provide even more flexibility than a plugin could (because it works for other types of documents as well as other email clients besides Outlook) while providing the same benefits as the old plugin. We marked this idea "Shipped" to reflect that - but feel free to reply or leave another specific Idea if you feel that the new functionality is not meeting your needs for any reason. Thank you!
