I appreciate that we cannot access the back-end of BBGM to update values directly in the database using SQL, however, most databases I've used have had some sort of front-end bulk update facility that allows us to update values of custom fields.

Where it's worked best, I've been able to load txt or csv files of references and what I want the new value of a field to be, directly into the database.

I could see this working in a pop-up window which allows us to choose a custom field to update, a file upload, and then we set "column 1" = "Request ID" and "column 4" = "New Value". This would include clearing values out, so "New Value" could be blank.

Please can developers look into this as a feature because I suspect every customer will benefit from this.
