For example, the Review Long Notes field cannot be made Optional in a Review Stage. The option appears to be there to make it either Required, Optional, or Required on Submit. But, in fact, we don't have that option. If I put the Review Long Notes field in the Blueprint form for the Review Stage, it is Required no matter what. I should be able to make it Optional, and not have to add a custom field for optional comments.
