Code tables-consistency in selection options

Large code tables have check boxes to select, while with the shorter code tables require the user to select the code name itself. Code tables should use a consistent selection option...e.g. all check boxes or selecting the desired code name from the list.

The difference in the code table selection process is whether you can select only one code or multiple codes. If a code table is setup to only allow selection of one value maximum, it will use the selection name option if the code table allows for more than one selection it will use the checkbox option. I hope this helps answer your question about the differences between the two selection options.
