Update all reviewers' "views" at once when updating "default" views

Currently, if I log into the Reviewer Portal as an admin and go to admin >> preferences >> default views, I can change the default view for a category of reviews (i.e. In Progress).

However, this only affects the default view for newly added reviewer users going forward. The reviewers already using the portal need to individually manage their own default view preferences once they've signed in for the first time - something they're not likely to ever do.

I want to update the default view preferences for all of my existing reviewers at once, so they don't have to.
