Similar to the capabilities that this very field provides, I would love if Blackbaud could embed a formatting bar/rich text editor in forms, allowing applicants to add basic formatting such as bold, italics, and bullet points to their submissions. Currently, our applicants' only formatting options are basic text, line breaks, basic symbols, capital letters, etc.

A feature like this would significantly improve functionality for applicants as well as readability for our program officers.
