I can drag and drop documents and emails into pretty much any record in grantmaking (requests, documents, requirements, etc.) but can NOT drag and drop documents into a payment record or documents within a payment. I am now so used to using the drag and drop feature throughout the system that it throws me off entirely when I can't do so in a payment record. It doesn't make sense for that to be something you can only do in certain parts of the system and not throughout.
