I get reports from grantees that they can't see a Requirement form in their account. I tell them I can look at their account and troubleshoot but only with their password. It would be good to have access to their account to troubleshoot issues without having to get their password. This would apply to either applications or requirements. Maybe they could grant us permission somehow on their end, even temporarily or for a 48-hour period. But basically I have to tell them, either give me your password or you will have to start over.
Here are the screen shots
After you publish the Requirement, you can see which account is associated with the Requirement to make sure it is their account (that field has to be on your Requirement form). If it's not the correct account, you can Transfer the Account for that Requirement.
