It would be great if some of the workflows we have - if we can create these as automatically updating things within our records

For example - when we build in our online application forms we can drop into the back of the form the status we want to update the request record too when it comes in. We do this for first and 2nd stage applications

However - it would be great if we had the abiilty to build this into other areas - for example, when we mark a report requirement as being done - the request record automatically updates to awaiting payment authorisation (Or reverses if we mark something as not done again)

so much of the workflow requires remembering to manually update something else, and some do get missed because of that.
