Add "Top" button at the bottom of each record

It would be helpful if there was a "Top" button on each record so you could quickly get to the top of a record instead of having to scroll all the way up. There is one in the Workspace which is helpful.

    This is so basic and necessary, I am not sure why we have to vote to make this happen.
