Under current functionality, the attachments page is the final page an applicant/reportee will see (if enabled). This means that any signature/declaration we want the person completing the form to tick/fill in is not the last thing they see before hitting submit.
I know you can add attachment fields mid-form but we would like the attachments page to be moveable so it can be situated elsewhere in a form.
