I want to sort requirements in a request by due date. When I click the "when" column for requirements within a request, it sorts by month but not in chronological order (so, for example, it shows all of the requirements due in September in descending order, but the years are all mixed together -- so 9/30/2024, then 9/23/2022, then 09/20/2023 for instance). I asked Blackbaud customer support for help, who looked at the activities for a request id (5555)- and then looked at our audit trail for those Activites and told me it is sorting when the Activity was created. Customer support told me that to sort requirements by due date, users have to perform Full Search for All activites Befoe today for Request id: 5555 and they sorted by Due date and NOT by create date. For example, search: Due Date is before mm/dd/202x AND Request ID is '5555' .

I would like to request that there be an easy option for sorting requirements by due date by clicking a column header in the request without having to perform a full search.
