Don't populate Recommended Amount when Request Amount is updated
If a request amount is updated in the Request record, the recommended amount automatically populates. This is something I've never understood since it may not be recommended just because a request amount is changed. We then have to go delete the recommended amount. Just more clicks.

Not only more clicks but another wait while the requested amount updates in the system and then populates the recommended amount field.
Really needs to be fixed. Creates such inefficiency.
