We add recurring "To Do" activities on each new Request record to remind staff to reach out to grantees regularly (separate from Requirements). However, the only way to do this is by adding each Activity one-at-a-time. I wish creating Activities in bulk was an option under "Create" when I have a list of Requests in a workspace, similar to how we can create Requirements and Payments in bulk from a workspace.
i think we would use to-do a lot more if we could do this! at the moment we basically create our to-do's as requirements, but it would be great to seperate them AND have the option of the To-Dos to be automatically created on the requests when we pull through applications
that way we would have a clear seperate of grantee tasks (requirements) and internal To-Do tasks
