It would be useful if we were able have a report which showed existing accounts – currently we only have a report to see in progress applications. This would help when trying to help applicants who are stuck making an application to check exactly where they are in the process.
on a sepseparateerate note, it would also help us to filter the report by domain name, so organisations on a whole can check how many accounts might have been set up - so we can consolidate information to one account - especially when staff change at the organisation.
Agreed - we get this a lot and the only way to currently tell if someone has a portal account is to attempt to reset the password....
