Include links and text formatting in Document Template Manager

Please add functionality to the emails we send through DTM!

It can be really frustrating to send the entire text of a link, rather than being able to include shortened hyperlink. In addition, added functionality of text formatting (bold, italics, underline, bullets, size, etc.) would be incredibly helpful!

    I'm certain I voted on this concept in another idea. I wonder if Blackbaud could amalgamate some of these ideas?
