Sometimes our primary contact on a request record, is also the same as the primary contact on the org record (but also sometimes it is not!)
However, when you go to update the primary contact on a request, as well as prompting you to update any open related records to that request (which I have another ticket raised for questioning the default answer here) - there should be a follow-on prompt asking you if you also want to update the organisation record (I don't think there should be a default answer here, you should be made to select either yes or no)

Re-reading this - it would also be good if we could have a similar prompt when updating the contact on the org record - there should be a prompt to ask if you want to update the request records too, with a tick box to select the requests you want to update. That should then in turn ask if you want to update the payment and requirement records for those requests.
