We have a number of public-facing facilitators each with their own portfolio of communities they serve. As each facilitator has their own contact information we've had to duplicate all our outbound emails templates that are sent out of Grantmaking in order to get their contact information, etc.
Recently we added custom fields to host the facilitator information directly into the organization profile so we could use merge fields and have Grantmaking autopopulate that information, letting us use one template where before we had five. Unfortunately the "Reply to email" field appears to be static.
If this could be a merge field that would let us close the loop on making a single email template that would cover all individual facilitators; communities would get emails with their person's contact information and said email would be directed right back to the appropriate facilitator without needing a cumbersome number of email templates.
This would be a wonderful addition - we have so many templates so that we can tailor them to each staff person. What a great suggestion to reduce the "clutter" in a long list of templates!
