There are three password-related emails in the Account Designer - Password Reminder, Password Update, and Reset Password. It is not clear when each of those emails is sent to the applicant when they are trying to resolve password-related login issue. Tech Support wasn't even sure when I chatted with them. Therefore, it was a challenge for me to make sure each one had the appropriate text in it. The labels are confusing and maybe it would help if we or Blackbaud could add descriptions to those email options. The Password Reminder label is especially misleading because there is no option to be reminded of a current account password.
