Date format in words

It would be very useful if there was an option to pull the date format through in words in email templates. being a UK based organisation, we have had lots of reports from our service users that they are receiving emails etc. from us with the date format in US English. So for example if the date is supposed to be 5th July 2023 aka (05/07/2023 - in UK date format, it will pull through as 07/05/2023 and they will think the due date is the 7th May 2023. We know this is a browser Language setting, and we do tell our service users to use the UK Language setting, however, not every one always listens and does it. So we are asking for an option to pull the date format through in words (e.g. 5th July 2023) to help alleviate the problem. It is available as a letter template, but not in the email template.

    Hi there

You can already do this when you create the template. When you add a date field to your list of mail merge fields, click on the three dots and 'Edit'. There you can decide how the date should show in your template. You can choose 'Day Month Year' to achieve what you've described above.
