Edit payments by amounts not just percentages

When scheduling a grant for approval with multiple payments, it would be a huge help to be able to enter specific payment amounts and not just by percentage. In a grant of $15,000 (for example), I would like to be able to enter two payments of $1,000 and then $500 specifically. Having to enter it by percentages, even when I enter a bunch of decimal places such as 33.3333333% and 66.66667% always ends up with payments of $499.99 and $1,000.01 and then I have to go in and manually change them all (and click again to confirm, modify amount or not, etc).

    Agreed, Rob. The process of approving grants and creating payments needs a lot of work. We award multi-year grants where year 1 will be a different amount to year 2, year 3 etc. I have to create the correct number of payments and then manually amend the amounts on every request. The system is not designed to be able to cope with anything other than straightforward, even-numbered, payments in its current state.
