Keep record title, and potentially some other key info, visible when scrolling down on a record

Keep some key information visible on a record while scrolling. E.g. Org name, Request Type, Request Status. Perhaps on some kind of status bar. This would save needing to scroll back to the top of the record for a reminder of key details.
