Functionality to select key items on charts without needing to deselect all the others

Functionality to select one item from the legend on a dashboard to highlight it in the chart. Currently you have to deselect all the other legend types to focus in on one.

    Legend item selection needs to be toggled between Exclude or Include - so that you can include all selected in addition to the current behaviour of being able to exclude all selected

    Functionality with charts could be improved generally - I have another idea logged asking if we can set charts to open in the workspace against a specific view, like we do currently for lists of information (GMK-I-1460)
