What: Client requests a popup warning when reassigning reviews. Currently there is no warning if you reassign.

Why: If reviews are in progress, and are suddenly reassigned, all previous work is lost, with no way to recover the in-progress reviews. Client reports that many reviews were reassigned, which resulted in the loss of many in-progress reviews.
