When reviewers open their assigned applications, the full left- hand navigation menu on the reviewer portal is not visible on smaller screen sizes or assessable to individuals who do not have a mouse. And because there is no left scroll bar on the left-hand menu reviewers can’t see the “Documents” section, which contains the full PDF application that they need to review proposals.
