We receive a high volume of applications and consider in bulk which requires the need to view the full application in bulk. In current/legacy version, we have the option to right click the application to open in a separate tab during the consider stage to catch primary contact updates, etc.

Right now in the new grantee portal, you can only click "view full application" during the consider stage and it pops into that screen, not as a separate tab.

This is CRUCIAL for our ability to consider our high volume applications.
