The functionality from the old forms manager should be returned to allow the funder to pre-assign the contact roles that are required and entered in the contacts table in a new application. For example, I want to allow for one primary grant contact and one internal corporate grant contact. However, the contact role field, rather than limiting applicants to only these two choices, presents a bunch of role choices that we don't use and don't want the applicant to see or be able to select. I should be able to pre-assign only the roles we use, in our case only two, somewhere in the contacts table configuration.
