We are trying to make a dashboard table to show us a list of applicants we published request forms for (stage 2 forms). But apparently that field does not exist and we can't track it. We receive hundreds of applicants a day...making it impossible to do this efficiently. Therefore we have to go in and check every single request record one by one to make sure we do not duplicate our efforts as a grant making team/duplicate the form??
