Currently, if an applicant submits a request, and there is an error that prevents successful consideration/import, the only solution is to send the applicant a request to revise the request, or just leave that request sitting in the "pending" category indefinitely. I believe we need an option, as the administrator, to delete the request during the consideration step. It is unrealistic to think that in every case, we'll be able to go back to the applicant and they will take additional action to essentially clean up our internal system.
Adding on to say there needs to be options other than "consider" in the pending applications system. We used the "reject" application in the old system and would like to see a similar solution in the new system.
This is definitely needed - I have run into this issue as well and it is not ideal!
Due to previous errors and other issues, we were unable to remove certain pending applications, and as a result, they remain in the system. We need the ability to delete these applications without sending any additional notifications or contacting the applicants again, as we have already communicated our decision to them.
agree! we should be able to delete proposals with errors.
