Internal codes showing in application form

We have several imported fields within our application forms which are dropdown lists. The data within the dropdown lists include our internal codes which we don't need/want to be viewable to applicants.

The ability to remove these internal codes from the data in the dropdown lists, without having to remove the codes from the classifications, would be an extremely helpful addition to the new forms manager.

    Thank you for your response Brenda however, the issue is not in relation to unselecting options for the dropdown list.

    The issue is that each option that we do want to display within the dropdown list, is also displaying our internal code associated with that option. We want to display the option, but not the internal code that is associated with it.

    There is an option to remove the codes within the classification section however, I would be grateful to know if there would a way to remove the codes from the application form without having to remove them from the classifications section (in case the codes are used elsewhere in the system).

    For fields not in contact tables, you can edit the field on the form, choose the Data tab and unselect the options you do not want to display.
