Our applicants in Australia are finding that their address information in NGO Connect is out of date - in one case over 5 years out of date! They moved in January 2020. Another changed their registered name 3 years ago and it is also still showing their old name. Applicants are cautious and don't want to submit their applications under incorrect addresses or company information.

The data is also missing components. It is missing key information such as Australian state. This is causing data quality problems and is a serious issue for us.
