In the old portal, I could set a field to display the current BBGM value, but then allow the grantee/applicant to modify it. In the new portal, that field becomes read-only. Our renewal process will not work in the new portal without this functionality. We renew the grant with fields populated from the previous grant. But then we allow them to adjust certain fields if specifics have changed in the last year. I realize they could copy their previous application, but that doesn't help us as the funder because we want the record already in BBGM so we can project our grantmaking.
