Grantees that submit multiple requests cannot see the project title when opening yourcause and will have to open each request to fin the one they are looking for
Also, reuirement form does not show due date in the yourcause summary page and should show when it's due.
@Dorothy Wickens
I created a custom field for report due date and when building the reporting form, I included this field first, in red, on the first page and it autopopulates from my requirement record. Unfortunately grantee cannot see due date on the summary portal, but when they open the reporting form published, the first thing they see is the due date. Hope this helps
This is a HUGE problem for us and crazy that it's not in the new portal. We have a lot of grantees with multiple grants over the course of several years and there is no easy way to distinguish them.
Totally agree! Grantees need to be able to see what the report is for and when it's due. All they see right now is that they have a report due and then they're reaching out to us to ask when it's due. We're getting this question a lot right now.
100% agree. In the legacy portal the due date appeared front and center. It's ridiculous that it's not in the new portal.
Highly agree with this idea. Having the applicant open each request (or requirement that is posted to a new application) is confusing, especially for those who have multiple active grants with a funder.
