Edit System Email Templates in New Grants Portal

Certain system email (form emails/communication) templates cannot be edited. For example, template GC-16: Invitation to GrantsConnect.
This is very confusing for an applicant to receive an email about the YourCause GrantsConnect System. We should be able to update the language in the subject line, header, body, and signature of the email so that it references our foundation and/or Blackbaud Grantmaking instead of YourCause GrantsConnect system.

    Agree, we should be able to edit the email to match the tone and language WE use to communicate with our applicants, not be constrained by the Blackbaud version.

    Agree! This rollout has been poorly executed, planned, and the resources are worst than the prior system which had a lot of features!
