Fix issue where requirement forms are not pulling through to BBGM

The grantee sends a screenshot to show it is submitted, but they are not pulling through into BBGM. We risk not making payments where needed as we cannot see the requirement is submitted

    Thank you for sharing. I have a dashboard created, but this issue was raised when nothing was being imported (during to an error in BBGM). This has since been resolved

    Requirements submitted will go straight to the requirement record and as admin we don't get a notification.
    We solved this by creating a dashboard that filters "requirements with 'received'date' this week"
    Every time I open BBGM, I check for new applications and I check for that dashboard in case any requirements were submitted.
