In the YourCause GrantsConnect applicant and grantee portal, it is not currently possible (within 'Form emails' in Blackbaud Grantmaking) to replace the standard reply-to email address noreply@yourcause.com with an email address at your organisation.
This would be very beneficial so that applicants could reply to automated and generated emails and be able to easily contact a specific contact (defined by admin) at the organisation.
This would definitely be beneficial. But it also means the applicant email system is likely to mark the email as impersonation - email looks on the surface like it was send from my foundation, but it technically was not. This means the applicant might never see the email. Would also need to provide a way for me (the Foundation) to "allow" Blackbaud to impersonate our organization.
