We allow grantees to submit more than one application per cycle. Right now, there's no way for them to tell which application goes with which project besides application ID number which is not intuitive. Would be helpful to be able to display certain fields from the forms like Project Title for grantees' easy reference.
Agreed. Add specific grant title, award amount, term, focus area, ...some or all of that, and a custom field option? Allow users to define some of what is displayed would help significantly.
This is a huge issue for us with applicants with multiple applications and multi year requests. We spend way too much time trying to help applicants find the right application. And with the requirement reminders, you can't even pull in the application ID to help them, as it's not available in the template fields. Really frustrating.
There's no way to see which grant title they are looking at and the requirements without having to click in each one.
This is a must now, we have a lot of applicants struggling to find out what they have applied for as they cant see the project title in the portal home page. I have attached an image, as you can see 3 same programs but you can not tell which application is for which project.
Hopefully Blackbaud pick this up as priority 🙂.
100%. I'm trying to sort it out with my test applications and it's crazy how deep I have to go into an application to determine what request I'm looking at.
